As discussed in #36 I started going trough the tools with the
unsureflag and confirming or adjusting the categories. And actually most of them are classified quite accurately.I am also not entirely sure about some of the tools that generate specifications from code. Most of those had frameworks category but I think parsers is the more accurate so I placed them there.
In the next day or two I'll finish the rest. I can use this PR to keep the discussion in one place or submit separate for each batch.
