The projects here need to have appropriate categories added for them from this list.

This should be done by raising PRs against this file.

Had some help from Thomas Bayes. Now the v3: true tools with unsure: true are the ones that may need moving to the correct categories.

I will have time over the weekend and will take a look at those.

Should the unsure flag be removed if something is moved or verified that the category is correct ?

Also should I aim for a certain number of changes per PR or something like that ?

Thanks! Yes, unsure can be removed once a category has been properly assigned. One PR or many, I don't mind!

I've reclassified the unsure ones based on the full text of the project READMEs. So the guesses should now be a lot better.
