Add Portuguese campaign staging website

We want to test this without deploying it to the production website, so I'm adding a staging website (that doesn't exist yet) to the CORS list.

Is there anything else that needs to be added?

No, that’s all that’s required for a new CORS entry.

However, I’d simply edit the config by hand on the server right now instead of doing a whole new deployment, simply because there’ve been some changes in the main branch which would need database updates and I don’t have time for these right now (and there are more of them coming up).
