Update support rotation

We have an ongoing support rotation for Discord, email, etc. This is managed via the Oncall Google calendar. Use this sheet and this script.

Whenever you want to make an update:

• Edit the sheet to your liking.
• Run removeExistingEvents
• Run createNewEvents
