Address book - Custom transactions Recipient validation

Details:
For a custom transaction the Recipient should be a specific type of address (like a token contract). It cannot be a regular wallet account
Right now the system allows you to set any address that you have in the address book without validation

Steps:
1 - Go to your address book and copy the address of a regular wallet account
2 - Create a Custom Tx
3 - In the Recipient field paste the address in your clipboard. The system should tell you that is not a valid address
4 - Clear the input and now use the address book selector, and select the same address you copied before
5 - Fill the rest of the mandatory fields and go to the next step. You will see that the form at any point stops you from keep going even if you have an address that's not valid for these type of Tx

Could be an approach to solve this just to filter the addresses from the adbk list which are not contract addresses, what do you think? @lukasschor

The validation issue works now: if you put an address that's not valid the system will tell you, but there is another problem:

1 - The "Recipient" string wont turn green when the address is valid. Something that was reported in another issue already.

2 - The address book selector doesn't show up when you click the "Recipient" field. Not even if you have valid contracts added to your address book
