Let us know if you find formatting issues or any bugs with this alpha release (Gonville SMuFL).

We determined that the diffs were minimal (except for bug fixes). If you do not find them acceptable, we can attempt to improve them so that they are closer to 4.1.0 Gonville.... or we can just bump the major revision to 5.0 before the release.

Thanks for asking about our opinion, also in #1480!
I've been a bit busy with other projects, also within OSMD (1.7 release), and Vexflow 4+ integration in OSMD is a rather big project that has large visual diffs to analyze, so it's not so easy to determine the effect of a specific new change.

However, I'm very interested in integrating Vexflow 4 and checking out the new Gonville, so I'll try to test it out and share my view on it as soon as possible :)
(I have a very long train ride home tomorrow, that might be an opportunity, haha)
