Render firmware update changelogs as Markdown

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The firmware update service expects the changelogs to be authored in plaintext or Markdown:

The changelog MUST NOT be a link. Instead, the changelog text MUST be included in the upgrade definition. It MUST be plaintext or Markdown [...]

Z-Wave JS UI renders it as plaintext, losing formatting (expecially bullet points)

Ideally the changelogs for firmware updates should be rendered as Markdown

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, rendering * and - as <li> tags should also work.
