I've ugraded the prod to zwavejs2mqtt: 6.1.1 / zwave-js: 8.9.0-beta.1
The device went back to life :-)
I don't know if it's relative to the new version or to another stop/start + re-interview
Let's see if it keeps "alive" for a long time!
