Release prebuilt libiconv

Hi,
I am trying to reproduce
https://medium.com/@zw3rk/a-haskell-cross-compiler-for-android-8e297cb74e8a

But had a really hard time carrying out the ./build-libiconv step on my 2018 macbook.

Is it possible to release prebuilt versions of libiconv similar to what you mentioned for ghc here?
