Loading

Implements the following:

  • forward and backward subject caching (allows users to go forward indefinitely, until the end of the logbook; however, users can only go backwards up to 5 pages)
  • subject image caching to minimize displaying images as they load
  • save current_subject_<subject_set_id> in local storage (serves to "bookmark" where a user left off in each logbook)
  • refactor page navigation and cache handlers
