Doing token-splicing the same way as Scala2-Quill i.e. lifting Token/Statement values into Exprs and evaluating them at runtime.
Need to do this for upcoming capabilities such as multi-values clause insertion where it is not not known how many placeholders will need to be inserted at runtime.
