CMAISE (Chinese Multi-omics Advances In SEpsis)

中国多组学脓毒症进展研究(Chinese Multi-omics Advances In Sepsis,简称CMAISE)最早创立于2020年,是一个专注于脓毒症的多中心、多组学研究项目。该项目通过收集脓毒症患者的临床数据和生物样本,运用基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等多组学技术,深入研究脓毒症的分子机制和临床特征。

CMAISE项目的目的在于通过多维度的数据分析,揭示脓毒症的生物标志物和潜在治疗靶点,以期提高脓毒症的早期诊断率、优化治疗方案,并改善患者的临床预后。项目涉及大量的临床信息收集,包括但不限于患者的人口统计学信息、临床表现、实验室检测结果、治疗方案及治疗反应等。

CMAISE项目已经发表了多篇研究论文,涉及脓毒症引起的急性肾损伤(AKI)的基因表达特征,单细胞组学揭示脓毒症中性粒细胞的异质性,以及脓毒症“疾病轴”对异质性的表征。这些研究成果不仅增进了对脓毒症病理生理学的理解,也为临床脓毒症治疗提供了潜在方向。

CMAISE项目的数据和成果对全球医学研究者开放,有助于推动脓毒症研究的国际合作与知识共享,对提升脓毒症的全球诊疗水平具有重要意义。

CMAISE-v1.0版本数据集已经公开发布,秉承数据利用最大化原则,我们希望有更多的研究团队参与数据的挖掘,采用多中心、多学科众筹的方式,共同为脓毒症诊疗的进步贡献力量。

我们的资源

1、CMAISE数据集-v1.0

该数据集包含了35家医学中心的脓毒症多组学数据,包括转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学、单细胞数据等(总的项目编号:PRJCA006118)。其中临床数据转录组学数据,其中包含多个批次数据(HRA002335、HRA006522、HRA007067、HRA001950、HRA001947、HRA001178);Olink蛋白质组学DIA蛋白质组学单细胞测序数据单细胞测序临床数据;其中包含碱基序列的原始数据都是HRA开头,而分析后的表达矩阵OMIX开头。

2、急诊电子病历数据集

该数据集包含了急诊就诊收住EICU的危重症患者,包含了除文字以外的各类电子病历信息。详细内容科参考;数据集链接

4、ICU感染数据集

该数据集包含了入住ICU合并感染的患者,数据集描述,数据集链接

5、心衰数据集
