As discussed in #67, adding more i18n support.
There's no link in the header to other languages - but the support works as "subfolder" level in the URL:
The theme allows now to internationalize content, menus and most of actions in the theme (such as links, buttons, etc.)
It will bring some breaking changes in the existing themes, as the content displayed comes from another source.
