Reported by Flavio Santes:

Current IoT applications must use the netz API instead of keeping its own implementation of network functions. The netz API will become a Zephyr library, so it makes sense to eliminate duplicated code.

(Imported from Jira ZEP-573)

by Flavio Santes:

netz code is now part of MQTT, NATS and DNS sample code. However, netz will not be part of the Zephyr tree as a library.

We will be working together with our team to find a solution at IP stack level.
