Add interactive CLI flow for zenml stack deploy

Added an interactive input flow for users wanting to deploy stacks with zenml stack deploy.

(Also deleted model_registry from the allowed components supported by mlstacks which had been previously (inaccurately) added to a constant.)

Pre-requisites

Please ensure you have done the following:
