Portarius saves your login information locally. This information is also encrypted, so nothing besides Portarius can access your login data.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. With Portarius 2.0.0 I introduced a lot of changes. The app was basically built from the ground up again.
You can check out the issues page and see if anyone else had the same issue, or describe your problem in detail in a bug report.
Why don't you add a feature request here?
When I'm not too poor to afford 100$/year to join the Apple Developer program.
Idk, probably. I kept getting XMLHttpRequest errors, but that is CORS related. You can try it out and report back.
