Create a versioned brew formula for each release #1084

This updates our GoReleaser pipeline to create two Homebrew formulas for each release.

  • The first formula updates the 'generic' formula we have and basically acts as 'latest'
  • The second formula is a versioned formula for the specific Zarf release

Running goreleaser release --snapshot resulted in the two expected ruby formulas being created in the dist directory.
