Thanks for adding this! I do want to suggest we can use https://auth-json-server.zapier.ninja for the example app, but that shouldn't block this PR. 👍

This should be all it takes to add it as a template. Unit tests on the app pass and it pushes to the editor reasonably. Pretty sure I copied everything correctly.
