Between Step "1a. Create a service account" and "1b. Register an SPN for Zammad" please insert an additional step called:

1b. Reset service account password after enabling the "This account supports Kerberos AES 256 bit encryption"

(P.S. There is a spelling mistake in "Register an SPN for Zammad". That should be "Register a SPN for Zammad".)
