Add an option in treble settings to restart SystemUI

Dynamic root! (for those who want a one click button to root and unroot without magisk)
bluetooth not working in calls fixed
im also adding the vndklite version for read and write! (on older versions the os would break on vndklite )

fod is lower brightness ( so it wont sting you anymore) and is slightly faster
(also forget to add this into the last patch notes but from 400.g onwards dynamic viper4android fx has been removed additonally the wifi and mobile data toggle have been seperarted like android 11 (by default it still shows the new internet toggle to get back the old one just click edit in the notification center and scroll down and you will see 2 toggles called wifi and mobile data bring those to the top and throw the internet toggle back to the bottom
Google photos now works unlimited and free!

Note: there was a bug in the file where you would have to rename it to get it into a usable format that is no longer needed and is fixed

adds light mode to notification center and everywhere else where it used to be dark
Note: this is not january patch (that is coming later this month or in feb)
Bugs Squished: Double tap to wake works
mabye more but thats your thing to find out
Features added: notification bar is now light mode and so is power menu
