Download Dictionary always fails

When trying to download Dictionary it always with error message 'can not write to selected folder'

Confirming on Redmi Note 4 mido. Even after granting storage permission the program claims inability to write to internal sdcard.

I have this issue too. The permission dialog doesn't even come up. Running Android 7.1

There is issue with downloading dictionaries which is probably not going to be fixed. Those are required only for Thompson routers and there is quite low demand for it.
