Removes lettuce from description.

Changes vegetables foodtype to meat.
Toasted sandwich:
Adds reagents to match sandwich.

Why is this good for the game?
It's not made with lettuce!!!!!!!!!
Toasted sandwich is made by grilling a sandwich, it shouldnt then have reagents removed.
