Brief description
Fill default values of new location of publish template settings. This PR breaks backwards compatibility of legacy settings.

From this PR settings in
project_settings/global/publish/IntegrateAssetNew/template_name_profilesandproject_settings/global/publish/IntegrateHeroVersion/template_name_profileswon't be used. They're still kept as "back doors" for those who forget or updated from older versions.Additional information
It is still possible to rollback by removing values in the new location to empty list. In that case the legacy values are used but it is not recommended as the schema will be removed in one of patch release completely.
Testing notes:
Publishing should work as before and should publish to right place.
