To build the pex I just run pants package ::. I'm running python 3.10 via pyenv. To setup Jupyter I ran

python3.10 -m pip install notebook==7.0.3
python3.10 -m pip install ipykernel==6.25.2

To create a kernel for Jupyter I ran

python3.10 -m ipykernel install --user --name python3.10

To start jupyter I ran python3.10 -m notebook. I also make sure to select the python3.10 kernel.

Visitng the URL that pops up in the console and trying to execute error_notebook.ipynb I get the following error:
