fix(ci): Updated Openhands GH actions workflow

Fixes #596

What

• Updated the GitHub action workflow to align with recent changes introduced by the Openhands team in their rrepository.
• Resolved configuration issues to handle the bugs noted in [Bug]: Macro innvocations All-Hands-AI/openhands-resolver#323.

Why

• To fix the Invalid workflow file error.
• To address and resolve workflow bugs identified in recent updates.

Testing done

• Verified that the updated workflow executes without errors.

Decisions made

• Decided to align our workflow updates directly with Openhands team's recent changes rather than create separate fixes, as this will help maintain consistency.
