Update of the installation instructions for Ubuntu 18.10+ as per #84.

Added further instructions as per the current status of yarl#84.
Improved the doc
Update installation documentation

Couldn't this break other applications requiring never versions of OpenJFX?

That is a risk, yes, but as long as Pattypan stays locked with OpenJFX 8 max and given that Debian-based distributions (and apparently Fedora also) still ship OpenJDK 8 and 11, but will only provide OpenJFX for the latter, then there is no good solution for this.

@yarl talked to me about rewriting the whole tool in (node)JS, that would solve the problem but in the meantime, I think the workaround can benefit to Linux users.
