Bug fix relase for v3.6. v3.6 has some bugs.

Changed versioning

Versioning is changed from this version.
v37 is not typo.

Changelog

  • BUGFIX: Alert settings are not propery saved.
  • CHANGE: Switch to squix78 -> thingpulse (same library)
  • CONFIG: Shorten JSON keys about alerts(reconfig required)
