Now that #21 has been merged, we need to work the static templates into dynamic WordPress templates.

For QA purposes, validate the following ACs.
AC1: A sidebar.php area should be created to leverage the default WordPress widget behavior.
AC2: Output should allow for render of the titles of widget areas and content as per the Figma mockup.
AC3: CSS for standard WordPress widgets should match the Figma markup.
AC4: These should play nicely with pages rendered by index.php and archive.php.
AC5: Sidebar.php template should generally meet Figma mockups.
