My new Sonoff 4CH pro doesn't work. For example moving switch in web UI doesn't have effect. or when switching one channel and switching to another it crash with factory reset (default password fibonacci).

Can you try debugging it via serial? It would be useful to see if it's actually doing something...

So mu latest comment is not clear. With Dip switch config I mention, it works fine except for "One and just One". If you want i can open another issue for this one.
For this issue, it could be fine to add some documentation.

I have a 4Ch Pro and will test your configuration as soon as I can to document it.

The issue with the "one and just one" is not specific for the 4CH, any device will show it. Working on it...

Fixed in the dev branch. Will be released with 1.10.1

Actually it shouldn't matter the settings in K6. The device should be in self-locking mode, which means S1 to ON and K5 to ON (all of them).
