Fixed a stale variable name in the XE path.
The argument is an int but the format specifier was %f.
The publish command lacked the host details and contained and invalid JSON payload in the message.
During VCD processing, each core's PSF event counter will now be monitored for missing events. In such cases a warning will be emitted to the console.
Removed issue that is no longer applicable with XTC 15.2.1. Added note regarding logging missing events.
