Description of proposed changes
Changes theme to pydata-sphinx-theme, adds the BatchSchema to the API documentation and adds a workflow to the contributing guide.
Unfortunately the Jupyter notebook rendering issues for xarray datasets still occurs via read the docs for the furo theme, even though that doesn't happen locally.
