Description of Change
This change provides :
a) a way for the user to inject their own dependency resolution method for gesture handlers (it comes from Allow users to specify resolution method for handlers, effects, and services #1870). As a results, users can specifiy resolution method for gesture handlers on tizen backend. See also a brief exapmle of using this with an IoC container
b) fix the potential issue for the GestureDetector
