… if token isn't set - throw exception, also cleanup
Removed the check for config file. We added a check into bot.py where it checks for token If token is define by ENV var then it skips config.json check / usage

Code was added to support env vars to supply dump channel id and bot token rather than reading it from file.
Dockerfile was added together with an docker-compose.yml file.
a github workflow file is added as well that depends on 2 secrets being added to the github repo to supply the github workflow with login info for docker hub those 2 secrets must be created and have it supply a username and personal access token from https://hub.docker.com/
The docker setup might be a bit wonky until we can get the 2 update scripts from PoE.py intergrated into Zana launch.py
