Note, the only error on 3.7 right now is A) clip on one of them (see #553), not a python 3.7 error and b)docs fail to build.

We currently pin the version of sphinx for building, there may be an issue there with 3.7. will investigate when I get the chance, newer version of sphinx may be usable now.

We did pin sphinx versions for a reason, but was hoping the up to date versions fixed the issue, apparently not

sphinx 1.7.6 is now out, reportedly fixing the above issue
