Classic Editor crashes when trying to insert media with denied photo access

Expected behavior

App not to crash, and perhaps a notice is shown.

Actual behavior

App crashes.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Prerequisite:
A post in Classic Editor mode.

Method A - WordPress.com site

Create a new post using the Classic Editor or convert an existing post.

Method B - from the Share Sheet

Using a browser in iOS, open the Share Sheet and choose the app icon or "Save as Draft" to create a new post using the Classic Editor.

Testing

1. Clean install the app and log in
2. Go to the post in the app and edit it (see prerequisite above)
3. Expect to see the Classic Editor interface
4. Ensure the cursor is in the body of the post
5. Tap the circular + at the bottom left of the interface
6. Deny access to photos
7. Observe crash

Tested on iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16.4, Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS 22.1
