Grouped the empty view elements into one so when the user hovers only one layout gets focus. Also the empty state is automatically announced when the view is shown.

added touch targets to the remove button inside the Reader's Followed Tags

Increased Touch Target for the EditText & Button controls that allows you to enter a tag or URL to follow.

touch targets now utilize dimens instead of hardcoded values.

improved layout by removing hardcoded padding, removed other paddings since the touch targets are essentially higher allows the view to be padding.
