Video thumbnail orientation in Aztec

Expected behavior

Video thumbnail is correctly rotated.

Actual behavior

Video thumbnail orientation is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open a new draft in Aztec
2. Add 3 video files from local storage
3. Wait for the upload to finish
4. Press back
5. Open the post again and notice the thumbnail orientation is incorrect.

Tested on [device], Android [version], WPAndroid [version]

I tested this on WPAndroid alpha-285, Pixel 3a, Android 11.

I wasn't able to reproduce this bug with the Aztec editor. What I did notice was the thumbnail was not being shown at all for videos added to posts once I saved/published the post. Due to the fact that this editor is being depreciated #14334 #14205 and will only remain for older posts, do we want to close this issue?
