Shipping method selector box appears twice if description edited

Describe the bug

If local pickup is enabled, the shipping method selector block is visible. If i edit the default "Select how you would like to receive your order." description of this block to something else, the block will appear twice on the checkout page, one modified and one original state.

Edit: just checked, if you can edit any parameter, like the name of the shipping method, it will create a duplicate

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable a shipping method and Local Pickup
2. Open the checkout page and see that the shipping method selector is there
3. Edit the block by changing the default description to something else.
4. Open the checkout page and see that the shipping method block is now duplicated

Expected behavior

Description of the block should be editable.
