As it stands right now, we don't communicate anything about local pickup beyond the checkout point, it would be nice to customize the order received email so it shows some basic local pickup informations like the address (if it exists) and pickup information field.

Maybe just save the pickup address as the order's shipping address? This way it will show up everywhere automatically.
