Mini Cart icon color does not match other blocks in Global Styles editor

In the Block editor for Global Styles, the icon for the Mini Cart block is the only icon in the list that is purple.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Ensure you have a block theme active (i.e., Twenty Twenty-Two).
2. Go to Appearance > Editor (Beta).
3. Click on the Global Styles panel and select the Blocks section.
4. Scroll down to the Mini Cart Block
5. See the purple icon among the other black icons.

Expected behavior

The Mini Cart Icon should match the color of the rest of the blocks in the list.
