[Checkout Block] Billing address inner block is showing a condensed address

Describe the bug

The Checkout block renders a condensed address for the billing address inner block on the editor.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

0. Make sure you have Local Pickup enabled in the checkout block
1. Go to the Post Editor > Checkout block
2. Click on Local pickup option in the Shipping address
3. Notice the billing address showing a collapsed address form

Expected behavior

The billing address should not be collapsed
