How to add to toolbar:
Hold down the Command key and drag the app to the toolbar.

How to use:
Click Go2Shell icon in the toolbar of a Finder window, a terminal window will pop up with current directory

How to custom icon:
Right click the app file, show contents. There is a file called applet.icns in Resources folder, replace it with what ever you want.
