Tram disruptions affected stops (and not the full line) would have the disruption icon placed in birminghma city centre by default.
This change creates icons for the disruption stops (as we have data for each disrupted stops location) and when a user clicks on the disrupted stop, all the icons affected by the same disruption will show the hovered icon colour.
