Added functionality to long broken zippedArchive option

Going to go ahead and hit merge on this one. Looks safe for existing users and hoping that users will report any issues with the newly restored zip functionality. Thanks @Pulkit0729 for reviving this one, and @pixtron for the original work on this.

@Pulkit0729 @pixtron After merging this PR, I'm noticing that about every other time I run npm run test, I see one of the zipped archive tests failing:

  winston/transports/file/zippedArchive
    ✔ should not create zip when file is being used
    ✔ should create multiple zip files (40ms)
