This is the first steps for creating groups and rearranging objects in the designer:
Including in this PR it will now also be possible to export gcode with any file extension. If no extension is given .gcode will be added by default.
When generating gcode it will now filter entities that doesn't contain any cut operations which will get rid of unneccesary comments.
