An easy to use android app to keep track of your weight-lifting progress.
The basics:
- Add exercises that you plan to perform (default exercises are provided)
- Add a session and add one or more lifts to it.
- A session represents a workout
- A lift represents a performed exercise. (Some exercise @ some weight x some reps)
