update readsb bin

Update the readsb binary with the stable/stale branch of https://github.com/wiedehopf/readsb and restart the readsb service:

wget -O /tmp/readsb.sh https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wiedehopf/adsb-scripts/master/w-readsb-replace-bin.sh
sudo bash /tmp/readsb.sh
