It runs, and you can create a new password, and login to the app. Made lots of other changes related to the DB engine swap, but only tested the parts related to Signin and Account Creation. Updated the README.md, with the additional steps, but I would have to do a new install to confirm which parts of the Prisma DB and postgres migration are needed for a new developer. Brought over all the lint rules from WebApp that did not involve React. Made lint fixes in the files I touched.
