📦 Refresh ATL11 Zarr data to 20200716

Reprocessing 2838/4160 ATL11 files, this time with 80 CPU cores (max number) instead of 72, using load balancing in case someone else was using it over the weekend. No hard numbers again because my browser crashed at 68%, but it took about 4 days which is a long weekend. This is a new refresh over bff7345, and it's pretty straightforward this time with no apparent schema change.

For reference, the `git diff` command used to generate the shell script is `git diff --color=always ATL06_to_ATL11_Antarctica.sh | perl -wlne 'print $1 if /^\e\[32m\+\e\[m\e\[32m(.*)\e\[m$/' > ATL06_to_ATL11_Antarctica_20200513_20200716_diff.sh`.
