Description: Scroll bar glitch
Steps to Reproduce:
This bug only appears on "https://www.youtube.com/..." when you click on any video (not on the home screen). On the left of the vertical scroll bar, on the far right side of the screen, some kind of second scroll bar briefly pops up every few seconds and almost immediately disappears again. this results in the whole screen getting pushed a little to the left every time this occurs. It startet after the second last update, I think. This does not happen on the firefox based Tor browser, nor on any other browser I tried on my system. None of my browser extensions have any effect on this behaviour. On top of that the site loads indefinitely when you scroll down and in consequence fails to show more suggested videos.
